What stretches over 750,000 square feet, is six stories high, houses 10 million bottles of wine with exacting climate control, off-grid power backup and state-of-the-art security, and provides optimum storage conditions? An ambitious US$200 million wine vault set to open in Singapore by Q3 of this year.
The expert storage facility—wholly owned by CWT Logistics—will also supply a separate area for private wine cellars. Drôme, which it is referred to, will be customizable to each individual client’s needs, as well as have Swiss bank-like security measures such as pin numbers, thumbprint recognition, and dual card verification.
The group also plans to fully support the wine community in the region with events from education to networking, and, of course, tastings.
